QUEST Plans

The Hawaii QUEST program is a Medicaid managed care program that provides comprehensive medical and behavioral health benefits for eligible Hawaii residents. Dental services are available through the Medicaid Fee-For-Service Program.

If you are eligible for Hawaii QUEST, you will be asked to choose a medical plan. HMSA is one of several medical plans chosen by the state through a competitive bidding process to serve QUEST recipients on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui.

QUEST Member Delegate Information

Under the HMSA Plan for QUEST Members, HMSA may work with companies it has hired to provide some of your HMSA QUEST benefits to you. They may need to contact you for HMSA.

• APS Healthcare may contact you about behavioral health services and case management.
• Healthways may contact you about services or screenings you need, such as support for an ongoing condition or coordinating your care.
• Landmark may contact you about physical therapy or occupational therapy services.
• Medco Health Solutions may contact you about your prescription drugs.
• National Imaging Associates may contact you about radiology services, such as a CT scan or MRI.
