Meditation
Meditation is a simple approach to vibrant good health. Explore the science behind
these proven meditative techniques, then apply them to experience the benefits of
the ancient wisdom for yourself.
In three two-hour sessions, learn to:
- Use the breath to banish stress-related symptoms.
- Clear the mind.
- Relax the body.
- Choose meatless alternatives for better dietary health.
- Meditate to your own personal meditation music (CD included).
Come to class dressed in casual clothes. Please bring a mat or towel for floor work
in deep relaxation. Above all, come prepared to take a well-deserved break. You
will leave refreshed and armed with time-tested ways to care for yourself.
