Strength and Balance
The risk of being seriously injured in a fall increases with age. Learn how to stay
strong and protect yourself from fall-related injuries.
Our new wellness program will help you:
- Understand the components of balance.
- Identify common factors that increase the likelihood of falling.
- Assess your balance and posture.
- Learn exercises and strategies to improve stability.
In two 2 1/2-hour sessions, we’ll teach you how
to maintain a hazard-free home, preserve your sense
of equilibrium, strengthen the muscles that help
stabilize the body, and more.

18 and older.
